 I am a 15 year student of the martial arts holding black belts in Karate and traditional Ju-Jitsu under Master Jeff Cook of the Sarasota Budo Club. I also hold a blue belt ranking in BJJ under Charles Dos Anjos who runs an affiliate school of Royce Gracie. This summer, while visiting Canada for 2 months I came to meet with Bernie Antle. While training with Bernie I learned many new techniques and applied them during free sparring time. I found Bernie's workouts to be extremely challenging and rewarding. As I am an instructor at the Earl Harris Karate Academy in Valrico Florida, I have documented many of Bernie's teachings as they are worthy of teaching my students.
