If I could I would give it 0 stars! The worst service I have ever had!!! The serviceman was late by 2.5hours, he was supposed to be at my house at 3pm and only came at 5.26pm. He was supposed to fix my Bosch fridge (as at times it makes super loud noise and sounds like it is about to fly away) and Bosch induction range (the cooktop does not work properly, at times I am unable to turn it on or while working it would start beeping and the control is not responding even though there is no spills and it is completely clean and dry, last tuesday it was beeping for 3 hours before my mother in law figured a way to turn off the breaker as she was the only one home with the baby at that time). The repairman spent 5 minutes at my house! 5MINUTES!!! he left at 5.31pm. he only looked at the appliances and told me nothing can be fixed as they work fine and he doesnt see a problem. He ran no diagnostics on either of them, only took the pictures of serial numbers, yelled at me practically calling me a liar, turned his back at me when i was talking to him, threw his card at me telling me to call him if i have trouble again. When i asked him to not raise his voice at me he persisted with yelling and walking away, oh and he tried slamming the door on his way out and did not even say bye. all this happened in front of my 2 year old son. I was left in tears! i called Presto leaving them a voicemail as no one picked up and then called Bosch so I believe they will do their investigation. i never ever had such horrible customer service in my entire life, I felt mistreated and degraded. The repairman had no manners what so ever, I understand he could have had a tough day but it does not excuse anyone or give right to anyone to treat others in a way i was treated.

Sorry you were not happy with the service but you were advised that the service man was running behind and also when the service man arrived to look at both units that are under warranty they were both in good working order there was nothing that could be tested.Please contact our office if you have further trouble.thanks Presto

working and malfunctioning are 2 different things. I've had troubles in my old house and when bosch technician did come in to see what was wrong with at that time stove he disassembled some parts and ran proper diagnostics. Your tech on the other hand just looked at the appliances and told me they work fine when not even a week before the stove was beeping for no particular reason for 3hours. oh and when he left i tried to put the soup back on the stove and it would not turn on for me ( i made a video and sent it to the manufacturer as proof of malfunction) Also it is very strange to see that here you are replying in a very nice manner when on Facebook you were very rude and told me to never call you again.

You received a facebook message because you emailed the wrong company.We are sorry but you were rude to the office staff who were just answering the phone setting up appointments.We have since talked to Bosch and asked them to send out a different service company to see if they can find the problem that did not exist when we were there.So when you had the first company come out from Bosch did he fix the problem you were having? We have passed all this info along to Bosch you can contact them if you are still experencing problems thank you.

Would not recommend thier services, When you agree on a price, you should stick to it. Charging my wife extra because i was not there, did not sit well with me. Done.
